I'm a law clerk (won't tell you who I clerk for) who's seen most of the alleged evidence. There isn't anything there except rumor and supposition and unfounded internet claims. My Justice thinks these "Birthers" are mentally ill and is now going to assess court costs and dole out sanctions for these frivolous lawsuits. They've got NO chance of being successful.
