(NEW YORK)(July 31, 2010) We don’t usually do wedding coverage at ContrarioanCommentary.com. But Chelsea Clinton’s “Bubbalot” wedding has become such a vulgar exercise in political excess that we are analyzing the wedding from two aspects. We may even show up in Rhinebeck for a personal report. In this column we address the uninvited “guests” at the Clinton wedding: Chinese lenders and American taxpayers.

Later tonight we will expose the political significance of Chelsea’s extravaganza.

Let me start by extending to the bride and groom best wishes. We can only wish any new couple a bright future and a loving and loyal marriage. Sadly, the grotesque manner in which Chelsea is getting married bodes ill for the longevity and happiness of her marriage. “Over the top” weddings seldom lead to happy marriages.

But now to the point: American taxpayers are paying a fortune to “guard” the Clintons as they put on today’s extravaganza in Rhinebeck, New York. The Clintons, Bill and Hillary, act as though they have a lifetime entitlement to tap the U. S. Treasury for their own personal aggrandizement, and the ongoing aggrandizement of their daughter.

Secret Service agents cost money; they do not work for peanuts, or wedding cake. Weekend overtime also imposes massive strains on the Secret Service. Why don’t we ask the Clinton’s to start paying for the cost of their personal lifestyles, and start paying for some of the costs of their Secret service protection?

Is public employment (Hillary) or prior public employment (Bill) nothing more than a blank check to bill the taxpayers for tens of millions of dollars in lifetime “security” costs?

Where are we getting the money to pay the Secret Service to guard the Clintons as they go about making fools of Americans for a second time? Why we are borrowing in China, of course.

American taxpayers borrow money in China to pay Secret Service agents overtime to guard the Clintons, who then turn around and spend their own personal assets on a multi-million dollar wedding for their daughter.

Why are we sustaining a trillion dollar deficit and still allowing the Clintons to party at our expense? Is this right? Is this moral? How stupid are the American people? How cowed and cowardly are congressional Republicans? Is there no end to our stupidity? Is there no end to the Clintons’ arrogance and greed? These are the same people that virtually stripped the White House when they left ten years ago. They have been stripping the taxpayers with onerous Secret Service bills since then.

I don’t think people would object to a limited Secret Service presence to protect former presidents while they are inside the United States. Common sense tells us a former president could be vulnerable. But the Clintons mock our common sense, and their own sense of indecency and entitlement knows no limits.

We pay tens of millions of dollars to guard the Clintons as they gallivant around the world (I am not counting in these costs Hillary’s travels as Secretary of State, which are on official business). Why should we pay the Secret service to guard Bill Clinton when he travels around the world collecting tens of millions of dollars in speaking fees? Isn’t it time Clinton paid all of his own security costs when he leaves the USA?

Why are we borrowing money from China to cover the costs of security at the Clintons’ wedding for their daughter? Hasn’t anyone in government got the guts to tell the Clintons that there have to be limits on how much American taxpayers will borrow and spend to subsidize the Clintons’ lavish lifestyle? Are we doomed to be perpetual chumbolones of the Clintons?

Especially during a bitter recession, when today’s headlines are of a weak economy slipping backwards into recession, and twenty-somethings are postponing their marriages due to under and unemployment, the news that the Clintons may be paying a thousand-dollars-a-person for food for one night is over the top. That taxpayers’ foot the bill for their “security” so the Clintons can spend their cash on vulgarity, is an insult to every American.

We don’t know the exact words the Empress Marie Antoinette used when she is said to have remarked to the starving peasants, “Let them eat cake,” but it seems to me the Clintons are stealing our tax dollars and making us borrow from the Chinese to pay for their daughter’s wedding cake. If Bill and Hillary had to pay the Secret Service for extra service, they would think twice about mocking the American taxpayer will multi-million dollar extravagances during a bitter and seemingly endless recession.

Here’s an order of business for the new Congress in 2011:

It’s time to legislate limits on Secret Service protection for former presidents and their families.

The Secret Service should guard one personal residence, and protect a former president during ordinary and necessary professional and personal activity. Taxpayers should not be subsidizing Bill Clinton’s moneymaking overseas travel, and his excessive domestic travels, with borrowed Chinese tax dollars.

When we look back on the 1970′s excesses of the “Pahlavi Dynasty” in Iran, or the 1780′s excesses of the French Monarchy, we ask “How could they have expected the people to tolerate such excesses?” and in retrospect we have the answer. Taxpayers eventually got fed up and said enough.

It is time for the American people to cut off the Clinton Family’s credit card at the U. S. Treasury, and it is time for Congress to put reasonable limits on Secret Service and other expenses for former presidents.

The Clinton wedding is a disgrace. As for the American people and their gullible Chinese creditors, “Let them eat cake.”

ANDY MARTIN: Sangamon County Judge Peter C Cavanaugh accused of political bias, corruption

Illinois corruption-fighter Andy Martin has filed a petition with the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois accusing politically-appointed Judge Peter C Cavanaugh of being biased and linked to the same corrupt elements in the Republican Party that Martin is trying to defeat. Martin is preparing to open a new blog exposing judicial corruption in Illinois’ capital city. “Illinois government is marinated in corruption and conflicts of interest,” Martin says. “Political patronage, nepotism, and cash-and-carry justice in the executive branch, courts and legislature are a disgrace, but explain Illinois’ decline to Third World status.”

PLAINTIFF’S PETITION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF JUDGE FOR CAUSE

Plaintiff respectfully moves the Court for substitution of judge for cause and states:
1. Legal authority
a. This motion is filed pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 63 (A)(3)(4) and (C)(1); the U. S. Constitution, applicable to federal candidates, Caperton v. A. T. Massey, 556 U. S. ____, 129 S. Ct. 2252 and § 735 ILCS 5/2-1001 (a)(3).
2. Factual basis for recusal
a. I am a Republican insurgent who is now fighting corruption in the Republican Party as an anti-“Republican machine” candidate. Sangamon County is a hotbed of Republican Party corruption and double-dealing, known as “Combine” politics.
b. I appeared before Judge Cavanaugh on July 23, 2010 and was treated as rudely and unprofessionally as I have ever been treated in almost any court in decades.
c. Local lawyer Terry Corrigan had filed papers on July 22nd, but made no effort to serve me despite the fact he was appearing in court the next day. Despite my complete lack of notice, Judge Cavanaugh proceeded to address Corrigan’s issues without giving me any opportunity to prepare a detailed response.
d. Although the record or tape thereof will reflect that I could not have been more respectful to Judge Cavanaugh, he could not have appeared more prejudiced or hostile. If my memory serves me correctly, he told me how things were done “in Illinois.” He effectively chastised me for exposing corruption in the Republican Party because I used sharp language to describe obviously corrupt practices of “Republican lawyers” (defendants Fogarty and Sheahan herein) before the State Board of Elections.
e. Mr. Corrigan’s papers were insulting and incompetent in the extreme. Judge Cavanaugh made no effort to admonish Corrigan to conduct himself professionally. Even when I cited the law to the Court in my Memorandum of Law, Corrigan had no idea what he was doing and relied on rejected legal theories to confuse the record. Corrigan’s personal attacks were beneath the dignity of the Court. I will avoid the temptation to further characterize Corrigan’s unseemly behavior.
f. Judge Cavanaugh was completely one-sided, tolerating abusive conduct by a local lawyer and expressing unmitigated hostility for a corruption-fighting Republican reformer.
g. Even though I had calendared a Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint, Judge Cavanaugh refused to address my motion and told me to “do what I had to do” or words to that effect. In over forty years in Illinois courts, I have never once known a circuit judge to refuse to allow the filing of an amended complaint when a lawsuit is dismissed without notice to the Plaintiff. Judge Cavanaugh’s lack of judicial demeanor and courtesy were startling.
h. Judge Cavanaugh allowed a complete buffoon, atheist Robert Sherman, to make a joke of the proceedings by bragging of Sherman’s ties to Combine Governor Pat Quinn and to brandish Sherman’s “pen” from the Governor, none of which had any relevance to the res gestae. Sherman was not admonished or limited in any way as Sherman blabbered on.
3. Subsequent due diligence
a. Before filing this motion I performed additional due diligence to document my claims of bias and lack of judicial demeanor on the part of Judge Cavanaugh.
b. I learned that Judge Cavanaugh has made political contributions to my opposing party factions and candidates, the Sangamon County Republican Party which I am working to reform, see attached excerpts.
c. Judge Cavanaugh was a patronage appointment of someone to the circuit bench, and is now running unopposed for election as a Republican. Based on my 45 years of political experience in this state, and long familiarity with Sangamon County politics, I find an unopposed minority party judicial candidate to be highly suspicious.
d. The local newspaper has commented on Judge Cavanaugh’s actions in a controversial judicial corruption case which the paper characterized as part of the “deep perception in this community of cronyism and favoritism…”, see attached.
e. Although nonpartisan candidates are allowed to appear before partisan groups, Judge Cavanaugh’s relationship to the Sangamon County Republican Network (see attached) appears to be more extensive than a mere appearance.
4. Conclusions
a. I do not believe any “reasonable person” who observed the July 23rd hearing would have believed anything but that Judge Cavanaugh was biased against me.
b. I believe there is overwhelming cause to request Judge Cavanaugh’s immediate substitution.
c. Because this is an election case and there are time constrains on the State Board of Elections as well as the Plaintiff, Judge Cavanaugh should be substituted out immediately.

“I start by congratulating the outstanding work of the www.HillBuzz.org blog that has been pushing this matter to the fore; in fact, it was HB’s accusations that eventually convinced me to devote the resources to a formal investigation. Within hours of beginning our field work, major media started joining the search.

“After all, we disclosed Mark Kirk’s rumored homosexuality in a statewide radio advertising campaign that began on December 28, 2009.

“We disclosed Mark Kirk’s links to the notorious congressional pedophile Mark Foley, in January, 2010.

“In January, 2010 we also launched a statewide radio ad that disclosed Mark Kirk was a military imposter. We laid it out in black and white. www.MarkKirk.us

“That’s a pretty impressive record of truth-telling in just the past seven months.

“We also told Pat Brady that if he ran a rigged, ‘dirty’ primary, we would take down Mark Kirk. Brady ran a crooked primary election, and he is paying the price for his dirty politics. HillBuzz.org and I disagree on Brady. Brady is just as crooked and sleazy as they come. Brady is a cancer that is eating away at the integrity of every Illinois Republican voter.

“I don’t care what a person’s sexual orientation is,” Martin continues. “Everyone should be welcome in both major political parties. But we cannot lie to the public and lie to each other. The potential for blackmail by mendacious Democrats is simply too great. I am not against Mark Kirk because he is gay. I am against Kirk because he is being blackmailed because of his private life, and jeopardizing the Republican Party’s chance of victory. I am against Mark Kirk because he is a liar and imposter.

“It is obvious that the Republican Party is more conservative than the Democrats. But we are also burdened with a surplus of hypocrisy as well, as the ongoing Rose-Roupas scandal confirms.

“I am certainly a party animal. But when you party with people at a political party celebration or events you owe everyone the highest standards of behavior and decorum. Jeremy Rose was incapable of controlling his behavior in public. Why was he on Lee Roupas’ payroll? Who was Rose blackmailing?

“I am often criticized because my political standards are too high, and too ethical, and I don’t play the same back-stabbing games as others. But that’s why I have an unblemished record of 45 years of pubic involvement without a sex scandal or any similar form of political embarrassment. You always know where I stand. Maybe now the Republicans who have criticized me for being too honest and too up front can see where their lies and cover-ups are taking them.

“Bottom line: When Andy Martin speaks, people take action. Media pay attention. Good riddance to Jeremy Rose, and now on to Lee Roupas and all the others who are linked to the continuing cover-up. If Kirk is involved, as HillBuzz.org alleges they have the evidence, he has to go as well.

(CHICAGO)(July 27, 2010) This past Sunday I issued a news release, and conducted a news conference in which we linked Mark Kirk and his “Praetorian Guard” to the explosive Illinois Republican Party sex scandal.

I am no friend of Mr. Kirk’s, and some of my readers may have felt I was exaggerating because of my antipathy to The Kirkster. Not the case. I don’t mind inserting a little vitriol in politics, but I always try to start and end with the truth. That is why my credibility as a corruption fighter has endured for almost half a century. I tell the truth. There are no “Mark Kirk episodes” in my 45 years of public activism, where I was caught “misremembering” or just plain lying about myself. In the words of the old TV series Dragnet, with me it’s “Just the facts, ma’am.”

So here are the facts:

1. I do not know who is behind the www.HillBuzz.org web site. I know some of the individuals who have been publicly linked to the site by other writers, but so far as I am aware I have never spoken with anyone at HillBuzz or had any link of any kind with them. (That is why HillBuzz’s disclosure last December of Mark Kirk’s homosexuality was so stunning; I had already recorded the radio ad that would expose the rumors about Kirk starting on December 28th, but I was as stunned by the HillBuzz’s independent confirmation of Kirk’s homosexuality on December 18th. Nevertheless, there was no link between me and HillBuzz and, so far as I can determine, no leak of the contents of my commercial. They said what they said about Kirk independently of my campaign.)

2. Gay men often like chat up heterosexual women. Nothing surprising there. It’s normal. Jeremy Rose, who is at the center of the sex scandal, has been playing “straight” to appeal to women who know he is gay. While not everyone who attends Chicago Young Republican events is gay, gay men are firmly in control of the activities that are being conducted under the auspices of State Chairman Pat Brady.

3. After my news conference on Sunday, HillBuzz posted the following on Monday:
Also this weekend we were provided with documentation on further collusion up the GOP ladder of command that proves members of Mark Kirk’s Senate campaign were complicit in this coverup, in pay grades higher than Roupas. It’s damaging stuff, which we don’t want to hand over to the Media, because the last thing we want to see is Senator Giannoulias. We’re giving Pat Brady until the end of this week to end this scandal by forcing needed resignations in the Cook County GOP. If that doesn’t happen, then we’re going to have to come forward with what we know…and it goes all the way up to Kirk himself.

There you have it. Someone is independently confirming my allegations about the Kirkster and his “campaign.”

(CHICAGO)(July 26, 2010) Let me start with two basic facts: First, we were all “sixteen” once. Second, Mark Kirk is a pathological liar.

Last Friday the Chicago Tribune carried a story analyzing Mark Kirk’s claim to have almost “drowned” in Lake Michigan:

The Tribune says that:

“Basic elements of Kirk’s story are not in dispute. He did capsize his boat, was pulled from the water by the Coast Guard and was taken by ambulance to a hospital. He said any inconsistencies in news accounts or his own words are minor and do not diminish the significance of the traumatic, life-changing experience.”

But the Tribune then goes onto miss the significance of Kirk’s own disclaimer:

“According to news accounts and interviews, Kirk and a friend took Kirk’s family Sunfish sailboat, a small craft, out from a Kenilworth beach in the afternoon and quickly ran into trouble keeping the boat upright. After dropping off his friend on a nearby private beach, Kirk went out alone to try to return the sailboat but capsized repeatedly.”

What is critical, and where the Tribune went wrong with its analysis, is that the Tribune failed to appreciate that Kirk rescued himself and his friend, and then voluntarily submitted himself to a life-threatening situation after already being aware of the dangerous situation on the lake.

The anti-Kirk blog (above) reads the “saved friend and then jumped back in the lake” fantasy the same way I do:

“Kirk’s story is that he and his friend were out on the lake on the boat when it ran into trouble and Kirk swam the friend to shore, saving his life. Then, Mark went back in the water to return the boat to Kenilworth. If the water was 42 degrees, it seems far less likely Mark would have been willing to go back into the water. He’d have to be highly motivated to do so and more so if the water was that cold.”

So, after “rescuing” his friend, who apparently did not need much rescuing because Kirk immediately abandoned the friend who had just been in the “cold water,” Kirk voluntarily jumped back in the dangerously cold water and voluntarily exposed himself to a life-threatening situation. I call that “teen suicide.”

Mark Kirk is a small man. If he and his friend together could not right the small craft, what logic was there to the belief Kirk alone could right the boat on his own? Kirk suffers from a “Tarzan” complex where, because of his small size, he always has to be doing “big” things.

I now return to my “everyone was once 16” opening. I can say without fear of contradiction that if I had just swum through hundreds of feet of bitterly cold lake water, and if I had the same exposure to lake water as Kirk attributes to his friend, and I had just “rescued” my friend from drowning, I would not jump back in the lake and endanger my life all over again. What sane person would? Even, what 16 year-old?

By his own defense or explanation, Kirk went back into water he already knew to be dangerously cold, and voluntarily subjected himself to the very dramatic conditions he now claims “focused” his life. If engaging in self-destructive and suicidal behavior “focused” Kirk, what kind of focus does the man have?

Kirk, who grew up and graduated from high school in posh Kenilworth, then attended an obscure downstate college for a year, before heading to a left-wing Mexican university to attend college. Hello? Not many Americans in 1978 would have seen going to college at a left-wing Mexican institution as a very logical or rational move, unless—yes, Kirk’s Tarzan complex again–you perceived of yourself as a left-wing “rebel” in search of gay sex. There was certainly much more anti-gay hostility and repression in the 1970’s.

It seems likely that Kirk was wrestling with his homosexuality, and taking impulsive steps in his life because he was frustrated by his inability to understand matters that he did not feel comfortable discussing with family or his tony Kenilworth “friends.” Kirk was engaging in impulsive and self-destructive behavior.

I remember my teenage years reasonably well. As a high school senior I wrote a manuscript that was almost published by St. Martin’s Press. The narrative featured a teen suicide. Other than writing about blowhards such as Kirk, I do not remember engaging in any self-destructive behavior. Teens sometimes do stupid things; but then don’t brag about them as adults. Kirk’s habitual “misremembering” is a serious personality disorder.

Once you boil down Kirk’s “facts” and “defense” to their essence, what do you have: a tiny kid and his friend capsized a boat. They swam to shore, through very cold water. Kirk then jumped back in the lake, knowing the water was dangerously cold, and subjected himself to some risk, all to rescue a small piece of property that could have been easily saved if Kirk called the Coast Guard without any danger or life-threatening drama.

Today we call people like Kirk “Drama Queens.” I don’t know if Kirk is a “Queen,” but I now his drama is all self-inflicted and self-invented. If I had done something as arrogant and just plain stupid as he did, I would not have spent the last decade of my life lying to the public about my own stupidity.

Maybe Kirk’s “drowning” was life-changing, but only when he became a congressional candidate in 1999. He quickly realized how stupid the media were and how gullible the public was, and so he kept inflating his personal life and lying about his military service. Kirk progressively created the imaginary drama and service record that has now been punctured as one of the biggest scandals in American military-political history.

We are still “drowning” in Mark Kirk’s lies. The alleged Lake Michigan “drowning” is just one more of them.

(CHICAGO)(July 25, 2010) I am not pro-homosexual or anti-homosexual. And, yes, I have “gay” friends. That’s my right. Every human being has a right to respect, whatever their sexual orientation in private.

Americans have a history of being uncomfortable talking about sex and the psyche. We love to believe our own lies or, as human impersonator Mark Kirk so elegantly put it, we like to “misremember” who and what we are.

But when it comes to electing individuals to national office who will make life and death decisions about the future of this great nation, we cannot be too “embarrassed” to probe the personality structures of the people who are prancing about on the political stage. There is no right to privacy in public office.

Barack Obama and Mark Kirk are two disturbed individuals. One has already endangered our nation and our national security.

Mark Kirk could assist Obama in undermining America if Illinois voters are stupid enough to elect him.

During the 2010 primary election I told voters the truth about Mark Kirk. I didn’t just “tell” voters the truth, I broadcast it on the radio and TV all across the state. You couldn’t miss the truth. Millions of Illinoisans heard the messages.

But voters would now prefer to “misremember” my earlier warnings. The little monster, or “Little Critter” as I called Kirk, has turned out to be everything I said he was, and worse. Unlike the woman who recently couldn’t handle her adopted Russian child, we can’t put Kirk on a plane back to Moscow and be rid of him. Kirk is a serious threat to Republicans, and to every American.

If Kirk joins the equally disturbed and emotionally dysfunctional Barack Obama, together these men pose a mortal danger to America’s security.

Mark Kirk wants to become the first homosexual president. That is why he refuses to admit he is gay and why he married a pro-lesbian activist as his “wife.” Oh, her. Kirk married a “wife” who never lived with him, never lived in Illinois, and claimed Virginia was her state of residence when she filed for divorce against the Little Critter. A nice pair together.

If we pretend that our private sexual orientation has no bearing on our public behavior we deceive ourselves. I have no problem with openly gay individuals. You can accept them or reject them on their own merits, as voters have done in many jurisdictions. I can respect voters’ decisions even if I disagree with them. Congressman Barney Frank may be obnoxious, but he is no hypocrite.

I do think there is a problem with closeted gays seeking public office. Remaining closeted is a public confession of private dysfunction, confusion and deception. With these comments we turn to Kirk and Elena Kagan, another apparently closeted and dysfunctional woman.

When I disclosed the “rumors” about Mark Kirk’s homosexuality on December 28, 2009, Chicago media attacked me. Of course everyone knew I was telling the truth. They just didn’t want to hear the truth. And not on the airwaves. Politics is a “pretend” business everywhere, but especially so in Illinois. Chicago’s newspapers went on to repeatedly describe Kirk as a valiant “war hero.” He won the primary based on the false persona that the media projected. And now Illinois voters are stuck with Kirk the military masquerader, a man with serious psychological problems. Kirk the war hero has dissolved into Kirk the deeply troubled individual whose entire life is a lie.

In May Kirk went a step too far with his deception and delusion. He thought he could pander to conservatives by voting against the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell (‘DADT’).” Gays had given Kirk a pass when he denied his homosexuality after my radio ads. But they were not prepared to accept a second betrayal. Kirk was promptly exposed as a closeted gay man:

What Kirk did not expect is that as the pieces of his secret life came together, a very different personality would emerge than the one previously promoted by the media. Here are the facts in context.

Kirk had claimed, for example, to be a teacher. He wasn’t of course. That was another lie. But it is significant that Kirk-the-college-student constantly wanted to be around children. He did the same thing in London, where homosexuality is much more tolerated.

Kirk also helped to cover up the pedophilia of Mark Foley, a fellow congressman who was preying on adolescent boys employed as “pages” by the House of Representatives. Do you see an emerging picture? Kirk and Foley were a pair; they in turn were connected to homosexual John McGovern who worked in the notoriously homosexual offices of House Speaker Dennis Hastert.

Gays said “enough.” If Kirk could vote against DADT, Kirk couldn’t be trusted. He was promptly “outed” by Mike Rogers as a man who “cruised” for homosexual hookups and had openly admitted his homosexuality. (We have more, if you want more.)

Since May, Kirk has been looking for a way to ingratiate himself with gays. He found it in closeted lesbian Elena Kagan.

I believe everyone has a right to privacy, and that Elena Kagan has that right as a private citizen. But when Kagan wants to be appointed to the nation’s highest court, where homosexuals are about to storm the gates and demand “equality,” then I do not believe Kagan has a right to keep her own private life secret.

When Sonia Sotomayor was appointed to the Supreme court I exposed her secret reputation as a lesbian. In the case of Sotomayor I had inside information about her from within the Second Circuit Court of Appeals where she was a judge. I do not have any inside information about Kagan. Just research. But it would be straining credulity and ignoring reality not to look at Kagan’s bizarre life style and to ignore the signs she is a closeted gay woman.

Why has Obama apportioned two closeted gay women to the high court? Why no Democratic version of Sandra O’Connor with a husband and family? Because Barack Obama is virulently anti-family. Obama’s “family” life was profoundly unhappy and disorienting, as even he admitted in his possibly ghost-written fictional “autobiographies.”

His mother dumped him, and he grew up in a loving but somewhat peculiar Hawaiian family. He grew up bitter and harboring racial resentments that he has managed to successfully control in public.

When the issue of “marriage equality,” which is a perfectly ludicrous propaganda concept, comes before the Supreme Court, Barack Obama’s two closeted gay women will vote to destroy families and marriage. You won’t be able to say I didn’t warn you. Any Republican who votes for Kagan is voting to destroy America’s social values. It’s that clear.

Ask yourself, if Kagan is a straight normal woman who just “let herself go” in middle age, why are homosexuals lobbying so hard for her to be on the Supreme Court? Just remember: homosexuals know who they are. They knew who Kirk was, as they later admitted after the primary. And they know Kagan. The canary in the mine shaft is “tweeting.”

Mark Kirk didn’t have to express an opinion on Elena Kagan. He’s not yet in the senate. But he went out of his way to cast a “vote” for Kagan to appease the homosexual lobby and to buy his way back into the good graces of that powerful Democratic Party interest group. Nuf said.

If you still think Kirk is straight, facts obviously have no impact on your reasoning and reality.

And any Illinoisan who votes for Mark Kirk is voting to place a deeply troubled, emotionally disturbed and disoriented homosexual man in the U. S. Senate. Don’t try to “misremember” your role in this political tragedy if you vote for Kirk and he is later exposed for what he is. I told you so.

(CHICAGO)(July 25, 2010) Andy Martin will hold a Chicago news conference Sunday, July 25th to announce he is opening an investigation into persistent allegations that women have been sexually harassed by an Illinois Republican party factotum, Jeremy Rose, as well as by other “Young republican” activists in Chicago. Rose is alleged to have acted improperly both at and after Chicago Young Republicans functions.

“Republicans never learn. They think they can pretend the truth will not come out, that allegations of a cover-up by Republican State Chairman Pat Brady and Cook County Chairman Lee Roupas will be sufficient to deflect the matter,” Martin will state.

“The Chicago Young Republicans have developed a reputation– deserved or not—as a gay friendly group within the gay friendly leadership cadre of the Illinois Republican Party.

“Personally, I believe everyone should be welcome in the Republican Party,” Martin will continue. “But facts are facts. And behavior is behavior. Politics and political events are no places for sexual acting out.

“Pat Brady recruited gay activist Kevin DuJan and DuJan’s pro-Hillary contingent to support John McCain in the 2008 election. The gays know who they are, and they know Mark Kirk is one of them. In fact, after I told Republican Primary voters Mark Kirk was gay, gay leaders themselves eventually stepped forward and confirmed my allegations:

“If Republicans want to elect a gay U. S. Senator I will defend their right to cast an informed vote. But they should not be expected to choose a closeted gay man who is pursuing a surreptitious gay agenda while engaging in sham marriages as a means of concealing his own homosexuality.

“Moreover, while all should be welcome, the Republican Party is the more restrained of the two major parties. Sexual harassment is not and should not be tolerated or accepted, or covered up, by Illinois Republican leaders. We can’t claim we are for morality, and then tolerate immorality in our midst.

“It has been my own view that the ‘Chicago Young Republicans’ have become a de facto gay group within the Republican Party. That is why I view the allegations of sexual harassment and intimidation so seriously.

“I am also concerned that Pat Brady, who never misses an opportunity to demonstrate his bad judgment, is covering up the sexual harassment scandal. Behind the scenes no doubt we will find Mark Kirk’s majordomo, John McGovern and others. Lee Roupas has already been accused of seeking to ‘bury’ the allegations that young ‘switch hitters’ such as Jeremy Rose were badgering women even as they were accused of being too involved with men.

“I’m not exactly a prude myself. But there are ways to interact in politics, and ways not to behave. If these kids were not raised properly by their parents, not told the facts of life and social etiquette, and can’t control their hormones, I am happy to sit them down and give them the ‘rules’ governing political behavior and social behavior.

“I absolutely want the young people to have a good time. But they can’t get rowdy when they are involved with party functions. Pat Brady and Mark Kirk have no idea of how to act in loco parentis. Even gay activist Mike Rogers accused Kirk of poor sexual judgment.

“The entire situation is a mess, and it calls for leadership which Republican leaders are refusing to provide. Sunday we take the first step by opening an investigation. Later we will announce the results. Pat Brady and Mark Kirk should not be allowed to contaminate the entire statewide Republican Party by encouraging sexual hijinks by younger members of the party.

“Sadly, I am the only Republican leader/independent with the stature and the commitment to truth and justice willing to stand up and take the first step in unraveling this sexual conspiracy. But I am going to do it.”
