Romney’s Rangers, led by Republican Party foreign policy expert and New Hampshire corruption-fighter Andy Martin, will ramp up its pre-election presence in Nevada on October 27th

Andy was and is a strong supporter of Governor Mitt Romney

Andy says Latino outreach is part of the Rangers’ outreach in both Nevada and New Hampshire

(Manchester, NH) (October 16, 2012) Republican Party activist Andy Martin announced today that his independent “super PAC” Romney’s Rangers will ramp up its pro-Romney activity in Nevada on October 27th.

“We are preparing for the final stretch in the campaign,” Andy says. “We started operating in Nevada in July. Our goal is to help unify the Republican Party and to ensure that every conservative voter is part of the Romney team on November 6th. As someone who has mediated intractable differences in the past, I will do what I can to help unify Republicans and conservatives in both states.

“We also want to extend a special welcome to Nevada’s Latino voters, as part of our national outreach to Latino voters for the Republican Party.

“As someone who witnessed the immigrant experience in New Hampshire I am sensitive to the issues of new and emerging communities of American citizens; my grandparents initially came to New Hampshire 100 years ago. They found great opportunity, and had great pride in becoming American citizens.

“I am sympathetic to the conflicts confronted by the Latino community. But ultimately the Latino community has more in common with the Republican Party than they have differences; we aim to encourage and emphasize the commonalities.

“Immigration policy has obviously been a divisive issue. But immigration issues should not divide us on the other issues we face as American citizens. Anyone who is an American citizen and is eligible to vote, regardless of their ethnic heritage should put the national interest before his or her personal interest. I suspect that if Latinos started voting their social conscience and supporting Republicans, the Republican Party’s views on immigration would eventually adjust to that new reality. That’s politics.

“As long as Latinos remain in the ghetto of the Democratic Party, their votes are ignored by Democrats, their views are marginalized by the Democrats and their attitudes on social issues are left unsatisfied by the Democrats.

“Romney’s Rangers will go anywhere we are invited, but we are focusing our resources on bringing New Hampshire and Nevada into the Romney column on November 6th.

“Let’s talk,” Andy says. “We have one goal: to make Mitt Romney President of the United States. Period.”
