A copy of the Petition will be posted on Martin’s blogs later today after it is docketed by the Supreme Court. The Hawai’i Supreme Court petition supplements and expands on a lawsuit filed Friday, October 18th in the Circuit Court of Hawai’i.
Martin is due back in New York on Friday, October 24th for network television interviews.

I hope you get nowhere with the Supreme Court in Hawai’i. I hope that two weeks from now the American people will have spoken regardless of the amount of election fraud the GOP is willing to commit, again. Stealing two presidential elections in a row is not enough for the power hungry GOP. Without the purging of the voter rolls in swing states and the other shenanigans of the Gop there would be an embarrassing landslide like the 1932 elction.
Please get to the bottom of this and let the voters know the truth. That’s all. I cannot believe this man, Barack Obama, could actually get this far and not have this revealed. What exactly can we find out or is in this birth certificate shenanigans??

Obama is a master orator and his plan has been deep and a long time in coming…he explains nothing about all his mentors and associations that makes digestible sense except to make one wonder, what is his “formed ideology”? Judge yet to respond…2nd motion to dismiss the case was filed by the DNC and Obama today. They’re sure trying to make the issue go away….and without having to prove what country in which he was born. This is what is hidden; he’s a Harvard JD…don’t you think he knows the law? He’s above it…don’t you know that yet? Purpose is purpose regardless of the truth…it it doesn’t fit my plans, so what?
Is this the last red flag that America needs to learn about before getting the idea what a risk it is to have him in the White House? There’ve been so many others: Ayers, Rezko, ACORN, Odinga in Kenya, Frank Davis Marshall, a communist, etc., but not about association but about character and judgement, worse the breadth of his ideology!! We don’t need things changed like he wants them changed; and it not’s your definition nor mine he’s using as he says it.
Total of suits filed over “proof of where he was born” is 4: PA, WA, Utah, now Hawaii.
Not believing birth was in Hawaii, though the Certificate of Live Birth may be authentic according to that State’s issuance rules, but that document does not prove that he’s a US citizen, and surely not “natural born”. Two of the 4 suits are requesting the Long Vault Version Certificate be reviewed and disclosed…I don’t think one person has seen this, or alternatively they’re taking a blind eye; or stupid.
Other records could also be obtained, as Oath of Allegiance as recorded and filed, that could be produced; don’t think he has that one either but if he did, it wouldn’t make him eligible to run for the presidency. That is a “naturalized” status not “natural born”.
If only MSM would grab hold of this to break it open to public knowledge before the election, when it matters most. Afraid to think what it could mean after this guy should be elected! It compromises and strains the Constitution, as if we need more crises!
Even if Andy Martin has a case, odds are that he will lose…as well as the others filing lawsuits. And the reason for the cases being dismissed will be simple: None of them have the legal standing to file it (i.e., a secretary of state or designee).

Every voter has standing in the courts as a citizen with the right to know if the candidate is valid.
I suspect the information is available via FOIA, but that would take forever and could be stonewalled.
I find it hard to believe that the CIA can not produce one fake birth certificate and plant it in the court house record room. This piece of paper will prove nothing. The living relatives who testify that he was born in Kenya say it all.

I wonder if Obama is really going to Hawaii to visit his sick grandmother or if he is going there to block the release of his birth certificate. TO AMERICA: IT IS NOT THE ECONOMY, STUPID
You are wasting your time if you are looking at Obama’s economic plan to argue whether he is or is not a “socialist.”
A quick note before I address my topic: Pelosi and her team are also “socialists,” in what Republicans perceive to be the negative sense of the word, so that is nothing new. In my view, their pressure on the big banks to make ninja loans was a precursor of this financial meltdown, and Bush and some Republicans who wanted to stop them were outnumbered by the left wing.
Back to my topic, if you study radical-leftist/communist leaders in history who have been democratically elected, none of them won the elections by offering their voters a COMMUNIST economic plan. The reason is that a COMMUNIST ECONOMIC PLAN does not appeal to ANYBODY in his sound mind. On the political level, freedom goes down the drain. On the economic level, communist governments take away the money and property of the wealthy, and keep it for themselves. They trickle down a MISERLY amount of that money to the entire population. Thus, communism is the epitome of a TRICKLE- DOWN system of government. Examples of countries that fell into the communist trap are Nicaragua, and more recently, Venezuela.
What radical leftists promise the people is a SOCIALIST economic plan, i.e., “spreading the wealth around.” Spreading the wealth, of course, is VERY APPEALING to the middle and low classes of countries going through an economic crisis. “Fair distribution of wealth” gives these voters what they yearn for the most: CHANGE. Unfortunately, this change never takes place. What actually happens is that a small elite takes all the property and wealth, and the rest of the population is forced to live at a substandard level. This kind of change can be achieved gradually or drastically.
While the economic plan cannot reveal a radical-leftist agenda, there are other ways to identify a radical leftist before he takes over a country, namely, by his tactics, his rhetoric, his demeanor, his associations and those who endorse him. It is difficult for many Americans to understand this truth. Since this is the first time America is faced with such a threat, its reaction, like that of every other country that fell for the first time, is one of unbelief and dismissal of this telling information about a radical-leftist candidate.
As one who has followed the shenanigans of the radical left for years, I could write extensively on why Obama fits the radical mold perfectly. You may have already heard a lot of what I would tell you, but many of you are missing the theoretical framework that gives a cohesive sense to all the disturbing information that is available about Obama; nor have you asked yourselves some of the deeper questions. Many voters need to realize that if you want to see the big picture you need a broader range of vision because it is NOT the economy, stupid. The economy only sets the stage. It is the diversion that takes voters’ eyes off the big picture, but more important, IT IS THE SINE QUA NON for radical change. That is why Obama wants voters to take their eyes OFF HIM and focus ON THE ECONOMY.
If the economy is doing fairly well, everybody takes it for granted. The radical left can NEVER win in a strong economy for a very simple reason: people will not feel attracted to what they will perceive as abstract CHANGE. They will look at other more concrete and pressing issues, whatever they may be, that face the country. The proof of this is that McCain was ahead in the polls before the financial crisis. When the financial meltdown occurred, I was flabbergasted. It was like waking up, but realizing it was not just a bad dream. That was the day Obama took the lead.
The McCain campaign is aware of this situation. However, it is constrained in its ability to disclose these issues by two factors. First, these will be perceived by some independents as mere political smears. Secondly, in a democracy it is the media’s job to serve as the branch of the people, by investigating and reporting all issues in a thorough and objective manner. To America’s disgrace, the major media outlets are sold out to Obama, either because they are liberal ideologues or because they have been infiltrated by radicals. Thus the media, except for Fox which has a range of political views (and those from the left who deny this have never listened to Geraldo or Shepard Smith, among others), has ridiculed, downplayed or concealed from voters the truth about Obama. Given that the future of this country’s democracy is at stake, it is now up to the citizens who love America to spread the truth.
Lord have mercy-nt that I am advocating reading Obama’s books…just read them-they show a lot about his stances and his character, or rather lack of.
His grandmother, the person whom raised his most of his life as fallen gravely ill and he is waiting several days before hoping on a plane to see her? Right……..
This would all be hushed up if Obama would produce the following:
Full length vault copy of his Birth Certificate
Proof that he is no longer an Indonesian citizen
Release his college transcripts
Release his college Thesis
Release any reviews he had as President of the Harvard Law Review
we MUST question a persons character and intent with the country when we have this type of equation, but not limited to:

1. Enforcing the CONSTITUTION as written as the Law of the Land, the SUPREME LAW; and

World War Three is now being fought on a Religious (Spiritual), Economic,
and Military-Industrial Complex “front”. McCain says the “war” will last 100 years. Obama wants to bomb Pakistan. Biden has told us “SIX MONTHS after Obama is elected and sworn in” the shan is going to hit the fits; and, Foolish me, I thought it already IS. Everone FEELS it as we get it in our faces.
In all of the posts here, only the last one has analyzed it correctly. The point is that the Illuminati control both sides. In fact they control all parties in the United States because they want to win and want us to lose, but the people never figure it out. People don’t realize that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which is seeking to destroy the United States, exists, but it does and both Obama and McCain are members.
Also, where does it say that a child born of military parents is a natural born citizen? Frankly, I think that if someone is a member of the CFR, that they should not be allowed to run for president even if they were born in the United States.
Someone needs to get McCain to drop out too. Then, Ron Paul could go head to head with Hillary Clinton. At least she was born in the USA. Dr. Paul would wipe her off the map, because she, too, is a member of the CFR.
